This was a turn-key client from space planning, layout, permit submissions to general contracting services. We helped demise the space and core all new plumbing, install electrical and install a new HRV/Exhaust and Makeup air system for their commercial kitchen.

Early 2020 we completed the renovation of a former boot camp style gym into the franchise standards required for F45.

Although it was already a gym prior to this client taking the space, there was still quite a bit of work to be done.

We demised a new bathroom, cored new plumbing, and also created a staff room and office.

We replaced the flooring and installed new audio-visual equipment.

Finally, we helped the brand really stand out with a new signage design for the exterior of the building.

This second-floor tattoo parlour was formerly an architecture studio but you’d never know it!

The landlord asked us to demise 4000 sq ft space into two separate tenant spaces and also asked us to complete the turn-key work.

We demised the space, installed new glass doors, and created a clean contemporary space with fresh paint, upgraded lighting and the tenant did the rest with their decor.

Tattoo stations beside the large floor-to-ceiling windows were a special bonus for these artists!.

What was once formerly office space, we helped the landlord turn this into 4 massage rooms with a reception area and staff room.

We helped the tenant apply for a change of use as well as building permits.

We turn-keyed this space for the landlord including demising walls, installing new plumbing for laundry facilities, framing the rooms, installing new electrical, and building custom millwork for the reception area.

We helped the tenant submit floorplans and permits to the city, demolished the exiting interior space including walls, flooring and bathrooms, and rebuilt it according to new building code standards.

We helped with exterior signage application and also the installation of a new camera and security system.

We were contracted by the landlord to turn a former Tim Hortons into two separate quick service restaurant spaces.

We provided demolition services of the interior, demised the space, upgraded the roof top, installed new windows and doors, and painted the exterior of the building as well as installed new light fixtures.

It is barely recognizable from its previous state! .
